Yes. Our will templates were prepared by solicitors for use in the Republic of Ireland, with clear guidance to help you complete and sign your document.

Can I use a kit instead of making my will online?

Yes. Our Last Will and Testament Kit offers downloadable forms and instructions for you to work through at your own pace. Prefer step-by-step questions? Choose our online will instead.

Do I need to sign my online will?

Yes. To make your will legally valid, you must print and sign it with two witnesses present together, and each witness must sign in your presence. Follow the signing and witnessing instructions supplied with your will carefully.

What if I need advice about my circumstances?

Personal circumstances can need individual advice. Speak with a solicitor if you are unsure whether a document is suitable for you.
